Technology Origin: A Cross-Industry Breakthrough
We are not a traditional cosmetics manufacturer. Our technological foundation comes from pharmaceutical-grade aseptic filling.
In 2018, we became the world’s first company to adapt German BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) aseptic filling technology for large-scale cosmetic production. This was not simply purchasing and using equipment—it was a cross-industry innovation, transferring technology from pharma to skincare.
Core Adaptations: Not Copying, But Re-Engineering
German BFS technology was originally designed for pharmaceuticals—suited for low-viscosity, simple formulations. Skincare formulations are far more complex, including active peptides, plant oils, suspensions, and high-concentration active ingredients. Directly applying pharmaceutical BFS to these formulas results in inconsistent fill volume, weak seals, and loss of active efficacy.
We conducted in-depth modifications to the BFS production line, including:
- Mold System Redesign: Custom-designed molds for different formulation viscosities and textures to ensure consistent wall thickness and reliable seals
- Filling Nozzle Optimization: Adapted to handle high-viscosity, particle-containing, and active-ingredient formulations for precise dosing
- Sealing Parameter Recalibration: Adjusted sealing temperature, pressure, and time based on formulation characteristics to ensure long-term sterility without chemical preservatives
These adaptations transformed BFS from “pharmaceutical-grade” to “skincare-ready,” delivering:
- No Preservatives Added (neither synthetic nor plant-derived—physical sterility achieved through BFS aseptic filling, not chemical alternatives)
- High Active Ingredient Retention (lab-verified: >95% retention after 24 months)
- Single-Use Precision, No Cross-Contamination
From First Mover to Standard Setter
In 2018, we became the first company to adapt pharmaceutical-grade German BFS technology for complex skincare formulations—a breakthrough no cosmetics manufacturer in the world had achieved before.
In 2022, based on this accumulated technical expertise, we were invited to lead the development of China’s industry standard for BFS aseptic filling in cosmetics. The standard took effect in 2023.
From global first to industry standard, we defined this technological path.
R&D Capabilities and Laboratory Validation
We maintain a cross-disciplinary R&D team of nearly 100 scientists, covering dermatology, bioengineering, and fine chemistry. In-house capabilities include:
- AI-Powered Formulation Screening System: Rapidly matches active ingredient combinations with different skin types
- 3D Skin Model Testing Platform: Directly validates product penetration, safety, and efficacy—replacing traditional animal testing and simplified physical-chemical assays
Every batch of BFS products undergoes:
- Sterility testing
- Seal integrity testing
- Active ingredient concentration tracking
Technology Positioning
What we have built is not an accumulation of process refinement—it is cross-industry technology transfer and purposeful re-innovation.
Bringing pharmaceutical-grade standards to skincare solutions. That is our core advantage.
Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) one-shot molding
The container is formed, filled, and sealed in one integrated process, with no human contact and no exposure to the air throughout. In traditional production lines, bottles are first made, then transported, and finally filled—during which there are countless opportunities for contamination, making preservatives necessary. Our approach bypasses this issue entirely.
Aseptic production environment
Production begins in an aseptic environment, with standards consistent with those in the pharmaceutical industry. This means there are no microorganisms to "kill" from the very start, so preservatives are naturally unnecessary as a remedy.
Nitrogen protection
During filling, nitrogen is used to displace oxygen. Oxidation is the main cause of active ingredients becoming inactive; without oxygen, the active ingredients hardly degrade from production until the day you open it.
>95% retention after 24 months
Ceramic-coated inner pipe walls
The ceramic coating acts as a barrier layer, ensuring that the product never comes into contact with the metal pipe walls during filling. This prevents the release of metal ions, guaranteeing absolute purity of the ingredients from the source and eliminating residue buildup.
